Pay your rent before the 1st day of the month and your name will be entered into a drawing for a $50.00 Gift Certificate. There are two winners every month. Rent must be received in our office by 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the month.

Gift Certificates support local businesses including; T.J. Rockwell's Resturant, Hennigan's Resturant, Groff's Meats, Gene Wenger Meats, Darrenkamp's Market, Giant Food Stores, Weis Markets, and Kmart.
